LOCATION: 20-21 Hermitage Road, Hitchin, SG5 1BT

Located in the heart of Hitchin, you will find The Hermitage Oyster Bar.

Formerly a Bagel shop, we created an intimate space for guests to sit back and enjoy all that is British. Retaining the character and charm of the building, we injected a soft elegance to reflect
the delicate dishes, showcasing the best of British produce and wine in a beautifully bespoke stripped back setting.
